Mike said we could invest in a topper for the mattress! I hope it works (for both of us); otherwise, it's almost $200 down the drain. I'm also going to try a different kind of pillow (another one) to help my neck, which is always strained in the morning.
Meds and supps with 10oz. water at 8:30. Breakfast at 8:45 - two eggs plus one egg white scrambled with three slices of leftover grilled steak and a side of sliced tomato. 8oz. water
Lunch at 12:45 - one-and-a-half cans tuna with homemade mayo, diced onion, capers, and sunflower seeds. 8oz. water
Water at the park, 16oz.
Dinner at 6:45 - grilled salmon on a bed of lettuce and sliced cucumber with balsamic vinegar and olive oil; 8oz. water
Not home much today, hence not much to eat, I guess. Church, then Skype, then bike trailer purchase, then playdate at the park. Can't wait to use the bike trailer tomorrow morning!
