Hmm, still getting up a couple of times (2am and 5am) to pee. So annoying. But what is very convenient is that I had leftover "rice" from last night that I made into cauliflower fried rice by adding two scrambled eggs - yummy, wholesome breakfast! Took my HCTZ, probiotic, cal/mg citrate, and MSM with 8oz. water and drank another 8oz. with my food.
Did the park and Rocknoceros concert at the mall with Collin. We had lunch around 11:00. I choose a plain grilled hamburger (hold the bun, cheese, ketchup) and loaded it with tomatoes, lettuce, dill pickles, and mustard. 10oz. water to drink.
Had to run to the bathroom as soon as possible for terrible diarrhea (I've been having it again for the past week, but this time it is beyond just loose stools).
12:30 - the rest of my supps with 8oz. unsweetened coconut milk
2:45 - one cup of frozen blueberries; 8oz. water
6:35 - one tomato while I'm making dinner...
Dinner at 7:15 - oven-baked tilapia with olive oil, lemon pepper, lemon juice, capers, fresh dill, and butter (omg, YUM!) on a bed of romaine lettuce and a side of half an avocado, sliced. 6oz. water
No ulcer pains today. Some uterine cramping and of course the yucky BMs. I'm so over that!
