Day18

Pretty ordinary morning. I did only wake ONCE last night to pee (5am), but I also didn't go to bed until 1am-ish and peed then before bed (and around 11 before that and 9:30 before that). Took meds and supps at 8:45 with 12oz. water.

Breakfast at 9:30 - three scrambled eggs; one Granny Smith apple with cinnamon; 8oz. water

Lunch at 1:00 - one can of tuna with mustard, relish, and sunflower seeds; 12oz. water and supps

Snack at 3:00 - half cup frozen blueberries; four slices ham with mustard on lettuce leaves (tried to slice up some cucumber...mushy...then avocado...rotten...what else can I have? I'm hungry!); 10oz. unsweetened coconut milk

Dinner at 7:30 (forgot to eat because of new Legos!) - pork tenderloin browned with olive oil then simmered in bone broth, apples, sweet potatoes, and cinnamon with crispy onions sauteed in coconut oil on top; 8oz. water. Yummo!
